AKIRA NAKA

The life-changing experience of Akira Naka happened when he encountered a professional tailor during his stay in America and began designing clothing. While attending The Antwerp Royal Academy of Fine Arts, he was chosen for The International Fashion and Photography Festival of Hyères. After that, he studied under a designer who specializes in knitting in Antwerp and returned to Japan in 2006.

"Wearing the Attitude" 가 컨셉인, 유러피안 테일러링에 일본 고유의 멋을 더한 브랜드 아키라 나카. 최신기술과 장인정신을 융합 하여 동서양의 조화를 이루는 디자인에 다양한 섬유, 제작방법, 디테일을 가미해 현대 여성을 위한 능동적인 패션을 제안한다. 디자이너 아키라 나카는 발렌시아가의 CD인 뎀나 바질리아와 같은 해에 앤드워프 왕립예술 학교를 졸업 했으며, 2007년 AKIRA NAKA 브랜드 런칭과 동시에 일본 최고의 신인상을 수상했다.
